ArashiKageTaro
I bought a prebuilt Corsair a7200 a few years ago that has 6 total fans: 1 back exhaust fan, two on the AIO (H100i RGB Pro XT) and three on the front (SP120 RGB Elite 120mm). I also have iCue installed and running in partner with Wallpaper Engine. So a couple of days ago, while putting the front panel back on after taking it off to clean it, I accidentally hit the bottom fan, and since then, the RGB on all five of the six have stopped working. The only one that works is the bottom one, the one I hit. The two above the one I hit, the two fans on the AIO (installed at the top) and the one at the back just DO NOT WORK or turn on, despite them showing up in iCue. The actual fans are working and spinning. The RGB on the AIO cooler and my two RAM sticks light up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCue, downgrading to 4, going back to 5. NOTHING IS HELPING. Yesterday, I unplugged everything to give it a deep clean and while doing so, made sure that everything was still plugged in securely. Which they are. What could be causing the 5 other fans' RGB from not working? Especially the ones on my AIO and the back fan, since I only hit the fan on the front panel?! I'm absolutely out of ideas. I've included photos as well. PLEASE HELP!

c-attack
The SP-Elite fans and their controller are a series circuit. If you damage the circuit on fan 1, the lighting will stop there. It seems like all 6 fans are on the same RGB controller, but you did not mention which type. I will assume it's a Lighting Node Core for now. Swap fan 1 with fan 6 (rear exhaust) on the Lighting Node Core RGB controller. If fan 1 has the damage, then 1-5 will light up again with a working fan in slot 1. If nothing changes, the damage may be on fan 2 and once again move fan 2 to the end of the line and move another fan into it's place to check. You are trying to isolate the fan with damage to prove that is the issue, rather than something else like a controller fault.
F34R
I kinda have the same problem, but without having hit the fans or anything. I have the Corsair RGB hub, and all of a sudden all the SP RGB fans except one, stopped being lit. All the fans will light individually if I plug them into PORT 1 on the hub. None of the fans will light up in ports 2-6. All fans are working with power plugged into the Corsair iCUE Commander PRO Smart RGB Lighting and Fan Speed Controller. I don't see anything in the case. Would it be in the other side panel where all the cables are? Sorry, not at home to check atm. Appreciate the suggestion tho! And if that is the case, would I need a new controller or a whole set of new fans?

It should have the controller name in the device panel. However, I will be stunned if it is anything other than a serial device. It would not make sense to put a Commander XT in the same box with H100i XT AIO. However, you will need to access the controller physically to swap the fan RGB connections around. Unfortunately, they can be hard to find and they previously existed as freebies in the fan multipacks. The newer fans use a Lighting Node Core. If you don't have a spare, check eBay or similar. That part has an original retail value of $10 USD. Don't pay more than $20. You can try to contact Corsair Support and see if they will sell you one for the actual retail. They are in short supply and not publicly listed for sale.

c-attack
Most likely. A Commander XT will replace the Commander Pro, but there are a couple of key differences. Commander XT is PWM fan motors only (4 pin). Most people are not using DC 3 pin motors these days, but be aware. Second, the Commander XT effectively has that 5v fan booster in the controller, so all your RGB fan cables connect directly. It does has a second "RGB channel" where you can connect RGB strips, 3rd part RGB adapters, or another RGB Lighting Hub and 6 more RGB fans. So unless you wanted to use the Commander XT to control 2 non-fan RGB arrays, it is an improvement.
