Hello,
First I got the firmware update for the hub to version: 2.8.458, after I got the update for iCue to version: 5.17.110. Seems the bug with Brightness reduced is still there. Last week when version 5.17.104? was released I had the same issue, fully reinstalled old version 5.16.75 after the update was pulled from the download site.
There could be other bugs, did not test it fully yet.
I already rebooted the PC just in case / Fully clean installed iCUE / Force FW update on the hub.
Thank you.

Upgrade from 5.17.104 failed, clean install still had macro errors. Full windows clean install fixed everything except Asus integration, had to install the stand alone aura package to fix something a full format won't. That did restore the integration though, so whatever magic that is I wish I knew

I was one of the lucky ones where the last update didn't cause any issues, and this upgrade (.110) works fine.

Were you able to integrate with ASUS? If you can help me, I would appreciate it! I have the ASUS PRIME Z690-A Motherboard and it worked perfectly in some previous versions, in the last few months it didn't even appear in the ICUE panel!

Installing the stand alone version here from Asus restored my x-570-e to iCue. I eventually uninstalled that and was able to update armory crate normally.

Again this update broke all lighting effects on my Scimitar RGB Elite mouse. All lighting on the mouse is off for all my profiles. Same exact issue as the previously pulled update. Guess I'm going to have to fresh install 5.16.75 somehow to fix it.

My update turned off my lightning strips through my lightning node pro but I turned them back on. No lighting on my Scimitar RGB Elite. Its key assignments and DPI are working but just not the lights. I have no idea how to revert back to a previous update so I am unsure on What to do.

i have schimitar elite mouse, from somewhere on the forum it was suggested setting the brightness on it to 33%. This gets the leds working again at least for me... was same with previous release. this is still same this version anything above 33% brightness setting leds turn off...

Not sure what's going on but after the update my Commander Core XT i s no longer recognized in the icue software. My fans are stuck in the last configuration lighting pattern they were in for hardware mode with no way to actually change them now. The fans are also not changing speeds. I actually have no idea what to do right now because even uninstalling and reinstalling/repair isn't fixing it.

Softwareverbeteringen

Even with this update, the Asus plugin does not recognize the Asus motherboard, only the GPU

I just  had real heavy bugs in 5.17.110.

I got always the crash uploader Error Message. At least my whole system crashed, I did a clean re-install... 😞

I just saw thatCorsair ist now offering 5.16.75 again. But after the Install of 5.16.75 i already got the same crash uploader Error Message on a clean installed system. When I start Icue manually, it works. ASUS Plug-in is still not working.

Have you any idea what to do?

Bug with changing dpi settings on mouse and getting pretty high core load seems to be still there...

Will later try the solution from (i think) c-attack.

@c-attack Tried to erase the 2 files you mentioned in the other thread for 5.16.75, let icue recreate them. Works till icue starts to detect the mouse. Icue than crash with unsupported operation error. Just to let you know... 🙂

Hi there

As almost every time, how I regret having updated to the last version. Somehow it screws up the NVidia graphics, so my streaming gives DRM errors or causes a BSOD. I uninstalled and everything got back to normal.

Anyone know where I can get the former, 5.17.104 version? That one worked for me.

Thanks in advance!

I am not entirely sure 5.17.110 is in the same family as 5.17.104.  It is showing a reoccurrence of a few 5.16 bugs that were fixed in the 5.17.104 release.

CUE should not crash when you cut and paste the dpi.cue.library file to the desktop, as long as CUE is not running at the time. If CUE is crashing when this happens, it is likely directly related to the underlying issue with CPU% and the DPI function.

Hi, I always have with the new 5-17-110 Version the following issuse:

* ASUS Plugin is not detecting Mainboard Z690-F Gaming Wifi

* iCue Crashes on startup with the Crash-Uploader Error Message

What are you doing there at Corsair Software development?
