Using commander pro and splitters

Recommended Posts

I'm running into this problem where I think I am not making the correct use of the splitters.

I have a  iCUE commander CORE XT (6 ports). Then I have 4 AR120 RGB fans and Corsair H100x RGB Elite (So 2 more AR120 fans + 1 PUMP)

That is a total of 6 fans so I should have no problem connecting them to the COMMANDER, but if we add the pump I need 1 more RGB port on my commander. I don't need power since it is connected to the motherboard CPU fan.

I wanted to ask what should I do. I thank I can't use any other splitter than the one included with the H100x, but that only works if I connect both pump and 2 fans to the splitter and I won't be able to handle them using iCUE. What would be the best solution? I don't wan't to get a second commander only to have RGB on one more fan.

You can get a Lighting Node Pro. I run a Commander Pro with a Lighting Node Pro for the issue you are having
