Solution c-attack Posted July 10 Solution Share Posted July 10 You are in device memory mode (hardware mode). That’s where you save settings directly to the device for use when CUE is not running. If CUE is not running, the KB has no way to communicate complex operating system based actions, like launching another program. You need software to do anything beyond basic, universal KB output. Thanks, that solved my probl;em too. It is confusing that Elgato tells you to use iCUE to set up those keys and iCUE tells you to use Elgato.
