Fan Speed Control HELP

That little circuit board in the last picture is a 6 fan PWM hub.  It is effectively a powered splitter.  There is one control lead from the repeater that connects back to a control fan header.  That's either on your motherboard fan header or a Commander Pro or XT if you have one.  If it is connected to the motherboard chassis fan header, then your BIOS or MB control program will govern the fan speed behavior.  If it's connected to a Commander, it will show up as one fan on that controller in CUE.  When you change the speed, all fans connected run that speed.
