QX120 not in iCue after installing firmware-update

Yesterday I opened iCue and it wanted to install a new firmware update, among other things for my six QX120-fans.
After restarting my PC, the lighting of  only 2 of them is working.

I already reconnected the fans and all the parts and hubs connected to them, but no success.
Now I really don't know what to do.

The yellow lines in the image are the cable connections of the fans.

Clean reinstall. You need to delete the prior hierarchy from the old 14 device numbering scheme. There is a lengthy discussion elsewhere.  More concise information below.

No, it’s for people who have difficulty following directions.  A software removal tool should not be required unless files are corrupted.  You can do the registry clean yourself in two steps. Directions are below.
