Apfelbaum2005
Yesterday I opened iCue and it wanted to install a new firmware update, among other things for my six QX120-fans. After restarting my PC, the lighting of only 2 of them is working. I already reconnected the fans and all the parts and hubs connected to them, but no success. Now I really don't know what to do. The yellow lines in the image are the cable connections of the fans.
Solution John Hoang Posted April 25 Solution Share Posted April 25 Known issue, you need to reinstall iCUE, remember backing up your profiles.

c-attack
Clean reinstall. You need to delete the prior hierarchy from the old 14 device numbering scheme. There is a lengthy discussion elsewhere. ArnoldDK
Did anyone try following the guide given by corsair and then succeed? I'm not sure I want do use the recommended regi removal tool. Kinda fishy IMO
c-attack
No, it’s for people who have difficulty following directions. A software removal tool should not be required unless files are corrupted. You can do the registry clean yourself in two steps. Directions are below. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-iCUE-How-to-perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-iCUE Edited April 26 by c-attack
