Rodolfeo
Hi, After approximately a year and a half since I installed the Corsair iCUE H170i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Liquid Cooling, everything has been working correctly. Yesterday, upon restarting the computer, the boot was interrupted, displaying a CPU FAN failure warning. After pressing F1, the fans connected to the COMMANDER CORE started flashing red and running at maximum RPM. Upon entering Windows and opening iCUE, I received an alert on the H170i ELITE CAPELLIX indicating a liquid pump failure and prompting me to contact support. I have checked the connectors, unplugging and re-plugging them to ensure good contact. I have also updated the firmware of the H170i ELITE CAPELLIX by forcing the installation, but that did not work either. The pump is actually working, as the temperatures are good, but I cannot control the fans, which are running at maximum RPM, and all the LEDs are flashing red. Solution muvo Posted April 14 Solution Share Posted April 14 The system has now reported an error. Your cooling system has now reacted to this in order to avoid damage. You must contact support because they are the only ones who can help. Please do not forget to attach the invoice and the serial number of your cooling system to the ticket.
