corsair icue h150i elite capellix xt static noise

Hi

So I have the corsair icue h150i elite capellix xt and recently been getting a static noise when ever I'm rendering a video I have attached a video of the noise

At the start of the video you can hear it then around 3 seconds in the sounds stops only happens when rendering a video in Adobe premiere pro and when the company did a power benchmark test

The temps on the cpu and coolant are fine but this noise has come out of nowhere so wanted to see if anyone else has got this or of its something I need to be worried about
