Cogster
I recently tried to update my keyboard firmware as an attempt to fix some issues with iCue unable to recognize modifier keys during key assignments; Doing so now has basically bricked my keyboard since it is now double or triple inputting after the firmware update failed. The RGB no longer works and the light indicators at the top right of the keyboard are constantly blinking, my guess in an error state. The update goes to 100% and at the end says to replug my device, when I do the update required notification pops up over the existing popup and tries to update again. If i close the popup the old popup remains and says the update was completed successfully, but that is obviously not true. I can no longer access my keyboard under the profile since it requires this "update". I have tried the following: Reinstalled icue v5 multiple times. Tried to force update Holding ESC after unplugging to "factory reset" which seems to do absolutely nothing Tried multiple USB ports I don't know what else to do, and I can no longer use my key profile settings or my RGB's and my keyboard typing multiple characters at once is super annoying and frustrating. drakko1980
I've been having the same issue with my K70 core keyboard, have you found a solution yet?
c-attack
If neither the ESC key reset or forced firmware update can resolve it, contact Corsair Support through the link at the bottom of the page. There really aren't any other user tools to address it. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025465031-Keyboard-Troubleshooting-Guide-Quick-Solutions-for-Common-Problems
