Corsair Void Elite (wireless) keeps giving USB connected audio confirmation

I've had this headset for about 5 years now and have never had this issue before. It was working fine throughout the day, but towards the end of the day it started giving the audio cue that it was low on battery. I connected the charger and it started giving the USB connected audio confirmation and kept beeping constantly. I tried turning it off and letting it charge and even after full charging, it still kept giving the audio confirmation and the Windows popup that a USB was not recognized. I tried resetting multiple times by disconnecting the headset, turning it off, holding the mute button for 15+ seconds, and turning it back on but the issue remained. I also tried unplugging the bluetooth dongle and turning on my headset, which removed the sound but then of course I can't actually use it to hear anything from my PC. This made me think it might be a dongle issue so I tried several other USB ports on my PC that I knew worked (other USB devices worked on them) and that still did not solve the issue. All of my software is up to date as well. I have also tried restarting my PC, which did not solve the issue. Has anyone else had a similar issue and/or know of a solution? Thanks in advance
