ICUE software after update not showing in my icue

I have tried repairing and uninstalling reinstall reconnect my cpu cooler however still getting red triangle on the LCD MONITOR even though it’s plugged in on device manager all this due to the new update.


please can you advice?

Anyone else seeing black boxes instead of images?

I cannot see the images either. 

You may need to specify which product is in discussion here, but the general troubleshooting step 1 for either Capellix or CUE Link AIOs is to shutdown the system normally, then flip the PSU button off. Hold down the case power button for 10-15 seconds to drain any residual power, then flip the PSU back on and start normally. This should force all components in the chain to do a full check on the next power on.
