Bassun Posted February 25 Posted February 25 Pretty much as the title states, is there a way to horizontally flip fans for lighting? I get I can rotate 90 degrees, but that only helps for mounting orientation by degree. Intake vs exhaust direction is creating the need to horizontally flip for murals to work properly. Given the number of cases which now have side intake/exhaust options, I'm surprised I didn't see a flip option in iCue as you would need to flip horizontally depending on if it is intake or exhaust. I'm hoping I'm just overlooking an option as I'm figuring out the software. Thanks, David
Luca9 Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Hi David, Did u figure it out? I got the same Problem and I am currently searching for a solution. Greetings from Germany
c-attack Posted November 15 Posted November 15 There is no "flip" option to control the LED path around the fan ring or hub. You will see a change in directional rotation as the wave/effect transitions from an "intake facing fan" to an exhaust facing fan, like what most people typically have on the front panel to top panel jump. If it's driving you crazy, you can try to run two instances of the effect, for example Color Wave 1 on front fans 1-3 and Color Wave 2 on fans 4-6 across the top and rear exhaust. The other option is a physical reorientation of the case, but you likely chose the current position for a reason.
