Issues with Amd Expo Kit and Icue

Hello fellow Nerds and PC building enthusiasts 🤗

This weekend I build my new rig and i am currently running into a few issues with icue and the ram kit.

My specs:

- Ryzen 7 7800x3d

- Asus Rog Strix B650 E - E

- 64gb Corsair Vengeance DDR5 @ 6000 cl30 with Expo on Profile 1 in Bios.

- Strix 4070 Ti Super

- 1000w Corsair Rm Shift psu

Cooling is managed by the Corsair Icue Link H150 RGB and my other fans are 3 120mm Corsair qx link fans.

My issue:

Sometimes when I boot the pc or as soon a I start Time Spy , cpu z or hwinfo (anything that scans my hardware) my Ram gets killed / stuck and icue shows me the little red triangle above it.

The system itself runs without issues, my benchmark results are as expected compared with others online. Games aren’t crashing and I don’t have any Bsod or anything like it.

windows and bios both recognize the ram, just icue seems to dislike the scan of my hardware from time to time.

I am also using Asus Armoury and Logitech g hub but I already disabled the autostart there and tried it without these applications. The issues persists.

Also reinstalled Icue from scratch. Didn’t resolve the issue.

any ideas ?

Ich habe das selbe Problem Asus B650E Board und Corsair Dominator DDR5 Titanium.

gibt es hierfür eine Lösung?

the cl30 is the problem, there are many 7800x3d's that can't get the timing right, cl32 or cl36 can help here, the amd cpu's unfortunately have a bit of a problem with this.

The CL30 is the problem, there are many 7800x3Ds that can't get the timing right, CL32 or CL36 can help here, the AMD CPUs unfortunately have a small problem with this.
