I am having a bad time with support...

I sent in my bad RAM in awhile ago and according to UPS it arrived the 16th of June. Well after 2 weeks I had still not received it and I called Corsair and spoke to an operator who asked for my RMA and tracking number. She said she would send out a replacement the next morning using over night shipping. Well its been 3 days and its still not here. I was wondering what I should do next. I've tried calling but all I get is the machine.

I called back, and finally got someone to pickup. Turns out they sent it via 3-day instead of overnight. Now I have to wait till Tuesday since UPS doesn't ship on weekends and Monday is the 4th of July.
