Time for RMA?

A few months ago I purchased a pair of Value Select 512MB 400s. Since then I had issues on and off, crashed applications, BSODs, etc. I've recently started testing to track specificlly what's happening. I've found that one of the two sticks immediately produces errors in either slot while running Memtest86+. The other stick produces no errors in either slot. While I'm now running with just the one "good" stick in to see if the problems repeat, are the error results from Memtest86+ enough to start the RMA process?
