Hello i have DDR DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB 32GB 6000MT/s CL30 AMD EXPO and i have very low speed.  My cpu run PBO CO -28 all cores and in bios er EXPO II witch FCLK 2133. New windows 11. Any suggestions ?

I'd say the primary RAM timings are not functional and would expect that to kick out instant errors when tested.  Unfortunately, Corsair does not list the actual EXPO preset timings on the website for that product, but I'll guess it's about 30-38-38-78.  Dropping down to CAS 28 can be hard, but you might not boot.  38->36 on tRCD might work.  But the very aggressive tRAS is the one most likely to give you a weird score like this.  In theory, the setting a value to low here should simply force the RAM to wait for the row to finish, but I have seen this before.  You can a more standard value like 72 or even a less aggressive one like 52 to see if that pops up the low read/copy side.
