Last week, I opened a ticket to RMA my faulty PSU (AX1200i). However, until now, I have not received any updates whatsoever. All I received is the automated email saying that the request has been received. I have been checking the status of the RMA following this link from the email that I received, but the only response I get is "No orders found. Please recheck your order number and email address, then try again."

Is there any way you could process the RMA request faster? All my work is done from my PC, so I am desperate to get it back up and running.

The ticket number is: 2006403710.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
