Good memory gone bad :(

I purchased two Corsair ValueSelect modules as a set from Newegg.com in early 1994. Recently my computer started malfunctioning so I tried several different hard drives and reloading Windows several times with many problems, failures and crashes. It was suggested to me that it might be the ram and that I should try memtest. I ran memtest with both modules installed and with them individually. One produced no errors, the other had over 34,000. Newegg will not do anything for me because they are more than 1 year old. I would like to have them replaced as a set because that is how they were purchased.

Thank you.

I have received my new ram modules but one of them is bad! My computer crashes and so does memtest when I try to test it. Is this new ram or reconditioned? I guess I will return only the bad module now since I don't have a backup anymore. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Postage and insurance is not free.
