Void Elite Wireless problems

I have a Corsair Void Elite Wireless. There are 2 problems I have.

1. After turning on the headset's RGB lights, the battery level always fluctuates when I check the battery via the ICUE software (such as going down to 98 from 100 and going up to 99 again), but when I turn off the RGB lighting, it immediately resolves.

2. The microphone quality of my headset (sorry, I don't know how to explain it) the sound going to the opposite side seems to be lower quality or low bitrate compared to other Void Elite Wireless users, and this is especially obvious in sharp letters, is there a way to use my sidetone-enabled voice directly?
