LeDoyen
best performance, no RGB fans, heatkiller blocks, Aquacomputer controller.. What are you doing in the Corsair forums lol Push pull, honestly, really not needed with so many fans. you could put the very worst, bad static pressure, low RPM fans you can find, you'll still have overkill cooling. Since we're here, maybe Corsair AF Elite, or ML elite would do the trick. If you want to go over the top, maybe have a look at the Phanteks T30. They are 30mm thick fans, maglev, up to 3000 RPM with ridiculous static pressure even at moderate speeds.. the price is also ridiculous though. Aquaero.. do you really need the few special features it has? are you going to use other OSes than windows and need to use hardware virtual sensors ? If the Aquasuite service will always be running, you can use an Octo for cheaper and have more PWM outputs to drive all these fans. For the CPU block, the last little round-up by Derbauer ranked the heatkiller IV pro block pretty good, with the Alphacool core 1 and aquacomputer cuplex kryos. Mind you that was on a lapped CPU with flat cold plate blocks. If you plan on keeping using the CPU without lapping it, a convex cold plate can yield better results. But the major brands were within 2°C of each other so... doesn't matter too much. What you really need tho is a contact frame with anything LGA1700. The temperature gains can be pretty significant. On my 13900k (also on custom loop) i gained no less than 15°C under full load (253W) by installing one. it costs 10 - 15$, so.. get it, mandatory 😛 and you don't want a bent CPU anyway. Pump, as long as it's a good DDC or D5, it's up to aesthetics really. See what makes he most sense in terms of tube routing maybe.

LeDoyen
doesn't matter. wherever it's the cleanest for cable routing. All the 8 pin sockets on the PSU are the same.
