PK232
My understanding is that in part number CMK32GX5M2B5600C36, the "B" stands for the model version. In Gigabyte's QVL, they specify CMK32GX5M2X5600C32 ver 4.43.02. I assume the "X" in this case is a place holder for the revision and they specify the revision in numerical form at the end, i.e., 4.43.02. How does one convert from one form to the other to ensure compatibility? If there is no correlation between the two, then how does one determine the version number? I have looked at several vendor listings and none that I could find specify a version number in their descriptive content.
PK232
I went back and dug a little deeper, clicking on an additional link, and found the "B" and "X" have to do with PMIC range with DDR5 RAM and not revision information. The question of determining the revision number is still an issue. I assume Gigabyte specified it for a reason.
