puffydawg Posted June 29, 2005 Share Posted June 29, 2005 Just purchased a dual memory kit of this for my system and tried it and the system went did a Beep then BEEEEEPPPPP and stopped then BEEEPPPP and stopped and so on, i also cant get my old memory to boot now Mainboard is a Gigabyte K8NSNXP -939 Bios F9 A64 4000+ X800 pro any ideas Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

puffydawg Posted July 1, 2005 Author Share Posted July 1, 2005 It was more of a seating issue and i was only running the corsair at the time i got the beeps, it was due to the size of the heatsinks (ie thickness) and how close the memory sockets were I had to do a little luv squeezing and they went in fine and work fine, thanks for the help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
