Corsair K70 RGB TKL cable wiggle to much and disconnecting

Is that normal that wiggleling the cable sometimes it will disconnect and reconnect, I mean looks like it is because not very solid connection on USB-C port because it has very big wiggle actually.

I tried to push as hard as I can into the port in order to make sure it is fully inserted.

 

The keyboard its brand new, and realized this day after I got it on my hands, so YES I can return it but Im asking if is normal to wiggle so much the cable on the port connection, and sometimes to disconnect, cuz returning it and to get a new one with the exact same issue its not what I want.

 

PS: Im talking about keyboard side, the USB-C port on keyboard not on the PC side.
