Dead ram card

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I purchased a Corsair VS1GBKIT533D2 1GB Kit DDR2-533 PC2-4200 Value Select Memory from ZipZoomFly about 4 months ago. It looks like one of the memory sticks has gone bad.

Last week my computer would not boot. At first I thought that it was the mother board and called ASUS Tech support. After removing all of my components and istalling them one by one and rebooting and rebooting the computer after each componenet was installed, it appears that one of my memory sticks is bad. When ever that stick connected the computer will not boot. I have tried putting it in the computer in all four slots with and with out the second stick and the computer just will not boot with it in there. :[pouts:

How do I go about getting an RMA # for this card.
