Corsair T3 rush backside "bucket" too small

First of all, I want to say that this chair is amazing, I love every aspect of it.
It's comfortable, the fabric gives me a lot of breathable space to not start sweating. I can sit in it for 8 hours work + gaming after.

The only downside (for me) is the inside of bucket seat is just too small. The smallest part on the backside is 26cm, which is already kind of snug. (I'm 170cm and about 80kg).
Although it was snug, I still fitted in it nonetheless.

Recently I wanted to improve my health for personal reasons and I've been going to the gym.
I've been enjoying it and actually going quite a few times. since I'm going to gym so much now recently, the backside is literally too small for me now, I don't touch the back of the seat with my back anymore, only my ribs in the back hit the bucket things on the side and I'm getting back/neck pains.

The chair is expensive enough to not just "throw away and get a new one". it's also still fairly new, but not new enough to return (within 30 days policies in most stores).
I don't fit in my chair anymore because I'm trying to be more healthy, imagine.

At this point I'm a combination of angry and sad because I don't know what to do, any suggestions?
Or maybe Corsair has like a backside replacement which is "the same" in terms of fabric and what not, but 1-2 cm wider (instead of 26, maybe 27-28)? I'm happy to buy a new backside for this.

I just bought one of these and within an hour the metal frame is digging into my thighs, I'm by no means a big guy either. I can't believe I found a thread form 2020 where someone asked about his and was never given a reply, seems like something you'd look into. What's very frustrating is that the cushioning on the inside is about 1cm thick, while on the outside where there's no need for it, it's about 5cm thick! It makes no sense and now I have to return it, because you have no other option. Having bought a lot of corsair hardware in the past I thought buying a chair from them would be a good idea, never been let down by it. But this chair is a joke and you are aware it seems and haven't changed it. I've always used corsair and now I'll be going elsewhere.
