Ryan9x
I'm a fan of corsair, so corsair always is the first choice for me. Recently, I upgrade my rig to new level and is able to use thunderbolt4, and bump, corsair TBT200 come to my life. I plug all peripherals to this dock: 1 virtuoso se receiver usb to connect to my headset and sabre pro wireless mouse. 1 k100 usb cable (the signal cable) 1 k100 usb cable (the usb downstream cable) (1) they are connected directly to TBT200 1 m55 pro 1 webcam 1 hdmi cable they are connect via an external hub (Ugreen 60557) My rig is using gigabyte z790 ud ax mobo and I have gc-maple brigde AIC to enable the thunderbolt 4 support, everything seems work fine at the first time. But when I switch from my pc to my laptop. (my dell laptop have two thunderbolt 4 port and I'm using one port for power supply) The problem shows up. The keyboard does not work, no light no key stroke. I have to unplug and plugin the keyboard to TBT200 to make it work. This issue only happens with the keyboard, the other peripherals work correctly. When I switch back to pc, the issue happens again, I have to do the same thing: unplug and plugin again. The issue also happens when I turn off the TBT200 and turn on it again (by press the power button on TBT200 for about 5 seconds). I have created a support ticket: 2006230567 But there is no response for now. My workaround is connect the keyboard to the external hub (Ugreen 60557), not directly to TBT200, it works in almost time. But I don't like that. I spent money for corsair and don't want to workaround like this. This is so annoying, and make me disappoint because the TBT200 and K100 are so expensive in my country. I don't expect this issue happens with these high-end peripherals. Hope that corsair support team read this topic and response. Thank you.

You might be affected from the firmware update hold that Corsair put in place a while ago. So yes in short support must take a look into this. Hope I did help you in some way 🙂

And I can't find the new firmware

Hope they can take a look into it and supply you with the correct firmware.
