Need RAM GUYS Help for warranty

I've been using Corsair Twinx2048-3200C2 in my computer of six months and it just failed. The motherboard is the Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe. I took the computer to Bestbuy to get a system diagnositic run after numerous attempts to fix the computer. They determined that the memory had failed. I swapped the memory temporarily with a different computer and sure enough the something appears to be wrong with the memory. I'm trying to figure out this whole warranty return policy and would much appreciate your help.

Please try the following BIOS setting, but before you make the necessary changes; please flash your BIOS to the latest one, load optimized/setup defaults and change the following BIOS settings:

TwinX1024 or TwinX2048-3200C2

Advanced/Jumper Free

AI over clocking: Manual

CPU Freq: 200

DRAM Clock: 400 MHz

Memory or Dim Reference voltage: 2.75 Volts

System performance: Standard

Advanced/CPU/Memory or DRAM Configuration

Memclock Model: Limit

Memclock value/ratio: DDR 400MHz

SDRAM CAS Latency: 2.5T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 3T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6T

1T/2T Memory Timing: Auto or 2T

All other settings should be set to default settings!

Then please test them one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and let’s make sure it's not some other issue! I would run the test for at least 2-3 passes to be sure!
