How to reinstall wireless drivers for voyager a1600

Hello,

My new Corsair voyager kept BSODing, so I decided to reinstall windows from scratch. After going through and reinstalling all of the drivers and software here, I came across a snag: the wireless drivers. There's no exe or msi file to install them and the readme says I need a windows PE environment. My laptop still has no wifi :/.

I do have the Hub installed. Which one did you install? The one on the Windows Store or from Corsair?

The one  from the Windows Store is running on my a1600 (v1.0.38.0). Don't know if you need to reinstall icue (5.1.1114) after that.

Which one did you get? The one from the downloads page was a pain to install with the certificate.

I had a conversation about this problem some time ago: "Fan tab not showing in ICUE"

That is the odd thing. It shows up in my drivers? But it refuses to even show up at all.

Now I can still use FN F5 and it works.

When I did the fresh install, I did a full reinstall. Meaning I deleted all partitions. <.<

That's interesting.

I also did a fresh install, deleting all partitions and install windows from scratch.

The only thing I did in addition was restoring windows after all (windows) updates and driver installations where done.

Maybe you could uninstall icue 5 and install the latest version 4. If fan tab is showing you can update back on v5.

It should look like this (but in English)

It's such a shame that this otherwise really great notebook lacks the support it deserves from corsair.

If you have a look on the download section you will see there still aren't the latest drivers after the site relaunch.

What do you mean by restoring windows?  There are multiple ways to refresh it. HM That might help me figure this out.

And I agree  with you on the laptop. The hardware is amazing. Well other than the 6 bit color on screen lol.

It's their first laptop, but many other laptops don't have issues with drivers.

Also able to change USER Profile in windows?

Yeah that would be nice NGL.

Maybe you can help?

What OSD App Version do you have?

What Bios are you on?

Do you have the diagnostic app installed?

When you did the fresh install, did you delete all the partitions on the drive, including the recovery partition?
