c-attack
Try swapping fans #3 and 4 on the RGB lighting hub to see if this shifts the point where the light stops. Alternatively you can test fans 4-6 in the #1 slot on the RGB hub to prove they all work. The fans and RGB lighting hub are serial, so if one led or port goes out, all LEDs downstream go out too. You need to identify if the problem is at the end of fan 3, the beginning of fan 4, or the RGB hub itself. You’ll need to start a support ticket with Corsair but it will go better if you have narrowed it down to fan or hub ahead of time. *If you’ve just updated to CUE 5, make sure your lighting setup is correct. Fan type x number. Those look like LL 16 led fans.

c-attack
Ok, it seems like a bad RGB lighting hub then. The Commander Core with the Capellix AIO works differently and has the RGB hub built into the controller. It also has independent RGB ports so you don’t have to worry about the serial circuit nature. That also allows you to mix in the new 8 LED ML-Elite fans if you want, but you probably will keep those LL on the new radiator which is fine too. If there is damage from the Platinum AIO leak, make sure you take a lot of pictures and then start a claim with Corsair through the support ticket system. c-attack
At the bottom of this page is a link to “customer support” on the main website. You’ll need to fill out the information, let them know it has a water leak, and upload your purchase invoice. Make sure no other components are damaged.
