Felix__ Posted April 14 Share Posted April 14 I got my K100 about 7 months ago. I recently tried to assemble the extra keycaps, but they don't fit. I've tried all the keycaps and they all have the same issue. I don't think it's the keyboard since other keycaps can be swapped. Can I still get warranty coverage? Or at least new keycaps? Or can I at least find out if I can buy other keycaps? I really liked the K100, but this issue makes me quite sad 😞 I mean, I paid 200 € for it... I attached some fotos.
