rebel
Ram Guy Looks like a have a stick of Corsair TWINX1024-3200C2 1GB DDR400 XMS3200 Dual-Channel Memory to go bad. PC (#1) was running fine last night. Then this morning the PC (#1) refused to boot up. I tried unplugging modules one at a time booting with a single module and found the bad one. I placed the bad one in my other PC(#2) and the same problem, no boot up. Took the good memory from the other PC (#2) and tried them in the original bad PC(#1) and it booted up. I can’t run memtest because it won’t boot with the bad module in it. Both computers are running an ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe and P4 3.2GHz- Northwood-800FSB One an ATI 9800 and the other an ATI 9600 video card. Settings are: CAS Latency: 2 RAS to CAS Delay: 3 Row Precharge: 3 Active to Precharge Delay: 6 Memory voltage: 2.7x volts (I even set all settings to auto, but didn’t help.) What next?
