Console streaming vs PC streaming

Hi everyone, new here cause im thinking about getting a Corsair gaming pc. i do currently have a PS5 which I love, but man setting up a stream to twitch is really getting to me. i just cant get audio right, i have the hd60x with chat link pro etc...but man audio in chat just not working right for me...its either no one can hear me because the mic is putting out weird noise or no one can hear me. then when i actually think i figured it out, i get echoing....anyway long story short ...my understanding its easier to stream from a PC then it is a playstation. am i correct? thanks guys
