Larkspeed
I often have YouTube playing on my secondary monitor while I am gaming. Recently a strange thing has started happening. When I switch from the YouTube window back to the game the sound from the browser cuts to about half volume. It only does it when I an using the Void Elite Pro Wireless, if I switch to speakers the problem goes away so it has to be something to do with iCue or the Void itself. Any Ideas? Hey there, I'm sorry to see this. I'm creating a ticket in regard to this, as this is a very unique issue, as iCUE is not known to behave in this manner. Be on the lookout for an update in your inbox.
Larkspeed
No need I figured it out now. iCue just decided all by itself to apply an eq setting to the default profile so as I was auto switching into the game profiles everything was getting reconfigured. You guys need to seriously look at the mess that is iCue and come up with something better as that user unfriendly piece of junk is putting me off Corsair products.
