Ls100 not detecting ls100 1.4m strip

Hi I originally had a ls100 monitor strip on channel 1 and today I added ls100 1.4 strip to channel 2  but when I select external rgb strips 1.4m option is not appearing 😞 

Even if I disconnect the monitor strips and de select single monitor in icue it still does not show 

i then tried plugging the 1.4m strip into the 3pin on my core xt and disconnected all fans  sadly this did not work either 

only way I can get it to work is use signalrgb and thats not something I wanna do

Got it sorted by repairing icue
