RyanPx
This problem occurred in January and to quickly resolve it I issued an RMA through corsair. Unfortunately, the new pc is continuing to black screen and reboot only when playing games even on low settings and through heaven testing. I recently tried updating to the newest corsair bios on their website ACE | 03/11/22 mine was currently running on 1/13/22. I followed the steps on the website exactly and was given the bios loading screen for the update but my system info and bios setting continues to tell me its running on 1/13/22. I eventually call corsair and do this bios update over the phone and through screen sharing and we got the same result of rebooting and the date not updating. I'm currently waiting for a specialist to review and further troubleshoot my issue. Am I just unlucky to have received a bad GPU or CPU through rma or is this bios update the root of my issue? Just wondering what my next course of action should be to fix this long and annoying issue.
rhtiin
I am having the exact same issue. I've updated the bios twice now and it's still showing 1/13/2022 even though the OMF site shows the latest bios update for my mobo is 8/15/2022.
RyanPx
I've only tried the recommended corsair bios cause I was told the ones off msi wouldn't work for the pre builts. I'm currently trying to go through RMA again, but they have been slow with dealing with my situation.
XanaduQ
Same issues--seemingly out of the blue. By an chance, could this be a Windows 11 compatibility problem? The system came with Windows 10. Just recently updated to Windows 11 by itself--do I sound irritated? Can't the issue be resolved? All I can find on Customer Service is to return and replace it. XanaduQ
RyanPx: I was able to write a ticket without asking to return the PC. Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it. If I get any information, I will share here. XanaduQ

Mine came with Windows 11 and it was fine up until about 2-3 weeks ago. I'm convinced it's a bios issue. The version Corsair has is 3 versions behind (well 4 now since they just released a beta version). All the event IDs I'm getting point to BIOs. I have a black screen. Did you use Safe Mode? I didn't even have time to react.

First suggestion is to fresh reinstall Window 10 fresh. I'm willing to do it if it would help, but it's a lot to go through if it isn't the problem. Backups don't include programs to reinstall, etc. XanaduQ
rhtiin
I've been working with different people almost 2 months now. They keep ignoring my comments about the bios and are asking for voltage on everything. I can barely keep my PC on for 5 minutes now. If you had success with calling them, I may do that as well.
