XP Care for New Purchase

Hello,

I just orders VENGEANCE i7400 Gaming PC, i9-13900K, RTX 4090 and was wondering about XP Care as I did not see this offer during the purchase. 

I have a number of questions: 

This is a rather big investment in the Vengeance. Is the limited warranty enough to cover any failure during the limited warranty or does it make more sense to have XP Care? My main concerns are refurbished parts and long turn around times. 

Is there a time limit on when to order the XP Care after the purchase of the PC? 

Why does XP Care only cover 2 returns? 

Does XP Care cover replacement of the entire PC if it crashes? 

Does it cover OS crashes or problems? 

Thanks for any answers you can provide.
