Maestro87
I have a set of Corsair 1024 XMS 3200C2PT DIMMS that have lately gone on the fritz. I've already sent in forms for the RMA, but then I heard from a buddy that I may be able to pay a nominal fee and upgrade my RAM and purchase better modules from Corsair when I send mine in for RMA work. Is this true? If so, who can I talk to about upgrading the RAM and figuring out the costs? Thanks!
Wired
You could double check with their cust service (888-222-4346), but IIRC, they don't sell to consumers and as such have no direct way to bill consumers for it.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 21, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 21, 2005 I am sorry as we do not sell direct as Wired has stated, so we do not have any way to offer this type of service. We can only replace them for the same parT# that is recieved.
