Skakruk
I got Asus Prime 790-P as well, but my impression that we suppose to get -A version of motherboard that support Wi-Fi 6E as it states in their product page ? Z790-P only supports Wifi 6 and not WIfi 6E as what their page stated, unless i am mistaken here ?

Would've preferred the RM1000x, which uses a 140mm maglev fan vs the smaller 120mm rifle bearing fan, and ultra-reliable Japanese 105 C° capacitors in lieu of the Taiwanese caps the 1000e uses, but whatever. It's still a very good psu, just not as good as the x-series equivalent psu.

I was just curious what components other people who purchased this system were getting. There doesn't seem to be any uniformity imposed by Corsair in terms of what exact psu or gpu this system comes with, which is a little odd for a prebuilt. So far, the only unboxing video posted on YouTube by someone who bought an i8100 shows the system coming with an rm1000x, which is why I was fully expecting my system to be powered by one. Oh well. It really is a first world problem considering the overall quality of the psu in question.. The e is still an excellent psu,, it's just made with slightly cheaper components than the x and not as robust.

RobDog11
I had a question for anyone that is familiar with the Asus Prime Z7990-P WIFI board. I just got the new Corsair Vengeance i8200 as of 1/11/2024. The bios that shows in the bios is 9011. Dxdiag also says 9011. On Asus website for this board it says the latest as of 12/28/2023 is bios version 1604. Am i missing something here? It is indeed the Z790-p WIFI, but it's the "Corsair version." You can't update the BIOS from downloading from the ASUS site and trying to manually install it. It will give you an error. You have to reach out to Corsair directly to get a BIOS update. Really annoying.
