Nightsword double-clicking and scrolling issues

Hello Corsair community!

I have a Nightsword that has double-clicking and scrolling issues. Using the wheel while scrolling down, sometimes it goes back up (and vice-versa).

I tried reseting the mouse, but it seems to be a hardware issue.

I'm reaching out because I've open a ticket 2 weeks ago and I got no reply from Corsair's staff.

Any ideas I could try while waiting?

Same Problem with my Nightsword 50% of the time it scrolls opposite the movement of the wheel and working in 3D modeling it is a pain and counter productive. Any FIX yet?
