PoorShot Posted February 20 Share Posted February 20 Unfortunately i have had no kind of response to a support ticket i submitted 1 week ago regarding my PSU. how long does it usually realistically take to get a reply? They claim to try to reply within 2-3 working days which is then blown out of existence by saying how busy they are in the winter of '22.
