PoorShot Posted February 20, 2023 Posted February 20, 2023 Unfortunately i have had no kind of response to a support ticket i submitted 1 week ago regarding my PSU. how long does it usually realistically take to get a reply? They claim to try to reply within 2-3 working days which is then blown out of existence by saying how busy they are in the winter of '22. Any advice would be appreciated as i cannot use my pc until advice has been given. Thank you

In the mean time based on the description of your issue in the ticket we would advise that you discontinue use of the PSU.
