Odd._. Posted February 20, 2023 Posted February 20, 2023 (edited) Hello, I need to access Commander Core on iCue for updating its firmware, but as the title said, the Commander Core is not showing up on iCue. However, the software OpenRGB and USBDeview seem to detect it. I've tried to delete the Logitech GHub and OpenRGB softwares, uninstalled and reinstalled iCue but it still doesn't work. I also have to say that I have a Corsair H150i Elite CAPELLIX cooler plugged on the Commander Core and working correctly : detected by iCue and I can configure it. I also see in the iCue logs, the following sentence "No manifest for ... Comander CORE". What does this means ? I know it's a popular issue and there's tons of topics on that, but I'm not sure my problem have the same symptoms as in the other topics. Here are some my specs: OS: Windows 11 Motherboard: Asus Prime X570-P Series CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Do you know what I can do and what does this log means ? Edited February 20, 2023 by Odd._.
Odd._. Posted February 23, 2023 Author Posted February 23, 2023 (edited) I finally found the problem. The Commander Core is shown as "H150i Elite CAPELLIX" as the h150i is plugged on the Commander Core and not as "Commander Core". I managed to do what I wanted and I was able to install my Corsair LCD kit upgrade. Just had to plug the LCD kit pins to CPU_FAN and not AIO_PUMP. This was the real problem and not the firmware. It's now working. Edited February 23, 2023 by Odd._.
Solution Odd._. Posted February 23, 2023 Author Solution Posted February 23, 2023 I finally found the problem (republishing because can't edit the last post). Since the "H150I Elite Capellix" is plugged on the Commander Core, I only see "H150i Elite CAPELLIX" in iCue. I was expecting to see a "Commander Core" entry in iCue as seen on some internet screenshots. When i click on "150i Elite CAPELLIX", it looks like iCue understand the Commander Core is plugged because an assistant suggests me to plug some fans on it. Anyway, I managed to do what I wanted and I was able to install my Corsair LCD kit upgrade. Just had to plug the LCD kit pins to CPU_FAN and not AIO_PUMP. This was the real problem and not the firmware, nor the Commander Core. It's now working.

I installed a Commander XT but I can not seem to control the fans on those they are at the highest RPMs, but this at least helped. All the RGBs on that Commander Core seem to go out when the ICue software is open, are you experiencing similar?
