PCIE 3.0 or PCIE 4.0 on the Riser cable for the Corsair One & HDMI 2.1 support?

Just wondering if anyone who has one or anyone from Corsair can confirm a few things regarding the current i400 or recent models like the i300 Corsair One.

- Is the PCIE cable used for the GPU capable of PCIE 4.0 or is it still limited to PCIE 3.0? Further if it supports 4.0 is it just the newest model or was this added with other CPUs that support 4.0 to the GPU?

 

- Do the HDMI extensions on currently shipping/recent Corsair One systems support HDMI 2.1 for systems that have a GPU that actively has a 2.1 output like the 3080 and 3080 TI?
