KATAR PRO Wireless Gaming Mouse won't work 🤔

I bought this mouse a few years ago it worked great for a long time but after I connected my glorious model O to the computer and downloaded the glorious software it stopped working it turns on fine and the battery is fine but it won't click or move on the screen, I tried connecting it to other computers but that did nothing this is all on the USB stick when I try to do Bluetooth it doesn't show up on my win 11 pc on my MacBook it can connect but it connects and disconnects about 10 times a second idk what happened pls help
