Mad_BelK Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Hard reset didnt helped. PC can see a device, but keyboard dont work. This happened after last update by ICUE.

They will be able to assist with troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement if your keyboard is still within its warranty.
