Problematic contact with Corsair support.

Hello to all forum members😄

I have been trying to solve a problem with my HX1200i for 18 days now. Only messages from the support are visible in the correspondence tree. There are no emails that I send in reply:(
I have used rma before and every reply and attachment I sent was visible. Now it looks like a support monologue. They send requests for details and additional pictures and I send further emails without reply.

I am getting tired of this situation. I found information that a similar problem was already reported by someone last year. It turned out that replies sent to support were classified as spam and no one replied.
If anyone from support is reading this, please let me know. Ticket #2005908371.
