There are a few that I've witnessed to date. The most common behaviors are those while in use: K100 Lighting freeze K100 non-responsive K100 firmware can not be updated. icue silently crashing. While not in use: ALL of the above Keyboard seemingly stuck on a key. Lighting and response are easy enough: unplug and replug the keyboard. Often when the keyboard stops responding, it can not be found in iCue Firmware can't be updated: Seems to be a common gripe ICUE silently crashing is a different mess. I cue is easy enough to restart What gets my attention is why the keyboard feels the need to enter strings of the letter p while away. Are there any logs anywhere that can be provided? This problem requires a solution. And I'm very nearly to the point of returning the keyboard for a refund and going with a competitor.
NIGHTWISH
It's a known issue and I'm so upset paying for something that doesn't work. I wish they would at least give you a store credit or something.

TLDR: Nothing can fix it until Corsair release an update. If you purchased the keyboard from a retail outlet, try and return it as faulty and get an exchange. Shelf stock is likely to be running previous firmware and has no issues.
