74lobster
Hi all, I want to share what I noticed: the Commander Core module that regulates the iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Pump and the LCD display devices are both connected to only 1 port of the 2 internal USB ports that are on motherboard, using a Y splitter cable. So I connect 2 separate USB cables, each one coming from 1 of the 2 USB ports on the motherboard and to have both cables conveyed into a 2-port HUB (not powered) and thus I connected the LCD display USB cable and the USB cable coming from the Commander Core using the 2 ports available of the HUB. By doing this I noticed that the lights of the RGB fans are almost doubled in brightness, so it can be deduced that the current input power that arrives using the Y cable and a single USB port is too low. I hoped that this would solve the problem that I did since the last iCUE program update v4.33.138 that no longer recognizes my LCD display and the cooling pump, but unfortunately the problem has not been solved. What do you think and what mostly does Cosair think about this? Will the problem of iCUE program no longer recognizing the LCD display and cooling pump be solved in the next iCUE software update or not? I opened a ticket for 5 days regarding this fact but I have not yet received any response from the Corsair technicians and this bodes very badly for me. Thanks for the attention.
