Left earpiece not working

i have the corsair wireless  HS70 pro headphones and when I used them today the left earbud just didn't work at certain angles if I moved my head it would sometimes work but mostly it didn't and sound would soon stop coming out of it again also at times the audio in the right headset can suddenly become extremely low quality and muffled on top of all this it seems like the headsets range was slowly shrinking I tried resetting it I tried pulling the usb out and in again I tried turning it off and on again and nothing works and to my knowledge the left earbud just stopped working overnight 

and when I say left earbud I am referring to the earbud with the volume wheel mute button charger port and light
