74lobster
Hi, I own a 11900k Intel pc with an Asus Maximus XIII Hero Z590 motherboard. Today I have installed the lastest update for Asus Armoury Crate 5.4.8.0. Now I have a problem with Corsair iCUE v4.33.138 and Armoury Crate 5.4.8.0 software compatibility. I own a Corsair H150i Capellix liquid cooler with LCD display. Now when I boot the pc, the LCD display, after the Corsair logo animation, shows a big red triangle, and when Windows 11 starts, once iCUE program has loaded, the LCD display shows regulary the CPU's temperature, but suddently, the pc shuts down !!! What a big mess... Someone has any idea to solve this new issue ? Thanks in advance. Edited February 7 by 74lobster

Brantanamo
Hey, Welcome to the club. I bought mine new the other week. Didn’t work from the bat. I have tried EVERYTHING! My boot up process is exactly the same as yours also. I think it’s to do with windows 11 and their firmware… but other than that I am stuck. I put a ticket in last week but I have had zero response or help from Corsair. Thing is the cooler is fantastic, and I have my desired temps for my i9 13900k. Just no LCD screen that works. I hope you find a solution.. but know, it’s not your fault.

My LCD was also damaged: now it has some lines at the bottom of the screen. I also opened a ticket 3 days ago, but, like you, I didn't get any answer from Corsair. I believe we did not get any answer because neither Corsair knows how to fix these issues. What a shame for a big company like Corsair... John Hoang
I suggest re-assembling the cooler using other USB ports on the Motherboard.

74lobster
Hello Corsair, please help me and the other users that, like me, have a massive amount of issues! Please!
radreck
If your PC is suddenly shutting down shortly after startup, it's likely protecting itself from overheating. I would make sure that your AIO pump is plugged in correctly to the motherboard. You can boot into BIOS and check that the RPM information for the AIO pump is showing a reading. The red "!" on the LCD typically means you don't have plugged in either correctly, or to a functioning USB header. For example, are you daisy chaining the connection? I have found it is better to plug it directly to a USB header and not off a USB Y splitter.
74lobster
Yes, now I have bought a powered USB hub, I will try this way because using 2 different USB ports instead of the splitter Y cable does not solve the issue.
74lobster
The strange thing is that Windows 11 detects both Capellix and the LCD monitor, as you can see in the image attached, but iCUE is not able: it detects only the Commander Core, also if uninstalled, cleaned, re-installed, thousands of times... matchu5489
Have you check to see if your AIO pump is still running? If the PC shuts off it sounds like the CPU is over Heating then shutting down to protect its self. If the water isn’t flowing the CPU will eventually heat up but not right away. The pump function regulary, but is not detected by iCUE program, as for the LCD display. ICUE detects only the Commander Core and the 3 fans of the kit included in the Capellix fix, nothing more. Instead, Windows 11 detects all the Capellix Kit parts, as you can see in the image attached. Edited February 28 by 74lobster
74lobster
Hi, Asus sent me a new Corsair H150i Capellix liquid cooler with LCD display Corsair H150i Capellix liquid cooler with LCD display, but the issue persists: the program Corsair iCUE v4.33.138 doesn't detect: - pump - LCD display iCUE v4.33.138 detects only the 3 fans and RGB lights. I attach some shots. I tried all the possible solutions as you can read in ticket #2005935702 but the issue persists. I opened a new ticket: #2006000877 Please, update the iCUE program, I think that all issues comes from the last version of this program. Thanks for your assistance, please help me.
