ThreeOSix
Hello, This is my first post here so I hope I'm in the correct section for this issue. Couple of days ago I noticed one of my radiator fans is not spinning, but it's plugged with RGB and fully customizable with the iCue software, having built my PC a couple of days ago and was blown away by the RGB and temp readings were okay, initially hence why I didn't notice this issue. I have tried checking the commander x core for the cables but everything seemed fine, RBG and Fans are connected and numbered accordingly, I even tried a new SATA cable to my PSU (hx850 plat) but when turning the PC back up they started spinning so I thought my issue was resolved. However seconds after login I realized they stopped spinning, so I went to the iCue software and set the fans RPM to 0 one by one, but realized one fan control setting is missing on the cooling section, despite the ability to control 5 RGB settings on the 8-LED Series fan ( 3 case fans (4000x RGB) and 2 Radiator Fans) and 1 QL RGB series fan (at the back of my case). Also when Setting Fan #3 to 0 rpm it did not go below 600 nor did it stop, while all the others did. Anyone else having such issue with the software? And is it a software issue? As I ONLY face it after login. For your information, I have done a clean reinstall of iCue and update all firmwares to latest version as well as disabling all other rgb control softwares while doing so so my hardware gets detected.
